What you get with Grid Ridge

The licences are the easy part

Anyone can hand you a subscription. We hand you a working mail system: migrated, authenticated, secured and supported by people who know your domain by name.

Better commercials than buying direct

As an authorized reseller we hold partner-tier agreements, so teams moving licences to us land on terms they could not negotiate alone — with onboarding bundled in rather than billed as a project.

  • Partner-tier commercial terms
  • Setup and migration included
  • Annual or flexible commitments

Migration handled end to end

Microsoft 365, Exchange, Zoho, cPanel IMAP or an ageing consumer Gmail estate — we move mail, calendars, contacts and file shares while users keep working in the old system until cutover night.

  • Mail, calendars, contacts, drives
  • Rehearsed pilot batch first
  • Cutover outside business hours

Deliverability configured, not guessed

We publish and test SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every domain you send from, then monitor aggregate reports so a forgotten marketing tool never drags your sender reputation down.

  • SPF, DKIM, DMARC published
  • DMARC report monitoring
  • Inbox placement checks at cutover

24/7 support from real humans

Open a ticket and reach an engineer who already has your tenant context — not a queue, not a chatbot. We escalate priority incidents to Google and share the case reference with you.

  • Named account manager
  • Escalation path into Google
  • Median first reply under 10 minutes
Google Workspace editions

Pick the edition, we handle the rest

Why buy through a reseller

Same platform. Considerably less of it landing on your desk.

Buying direct means a card, a self-service console and a queue that does not know you. Through Grid Ridge, the deployment, the DNS, the security posture and the invoicing are somebody else's job.

Already on Workspace?

Existing tenants transfer in minutes with a reseller token. Nothing about your data, domains or accounts changes — only who supports and bills you.

Talk to us about transferring
01

Migration from Microsoft 365 or Gmail

We audit your source system, run a pilot batch, then move mail, calendars, contacts and file shares in scheduled waves. Distribution lists become groups, shared mailboxes become delegated accounts, and nothing is left on the old tenant.

02

Admin console set up the right way

Organisational units mapped to your real structure, groups with sensible access rules, delegated admin roles, device and retention policies, and a recovery plan — configured on day one, not discovered during an incident.

03

Deliverability that survives an audit

SPF flattened and within lookup limits, DKIM signing per domain, DMARC moved to enforcement at a pace your senders can handle, plus MTA-STS and TLS reporting where it matters.

04

Gemini AI in Workspace, enabled safely

We turn on Gemini features in Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Meet for the groups that should have them, brief your team on the real data boundaries, and keep AI access aligned with your internal policy.

05

Local billing and clean invoicing

One consolidated invoice in your own tax regime, with purchase order references, cost-centre splits and seat reconciliation each cycle — so finance stops chasing statements from a foreign entity.

06

A dedicated account manager

One named person who knows your tenant, domains and quirks. They run your quarterly review, handle seat changes before renewal, and escalate into Google when a case needs weight behind it.

How it works

Three steps from first email to fully live

Most teams go from first call to a working tenant inside a fortnight. Larger estates take longer only because we insist on piloting before moving everyone.

1

Scope and quote

Tell us your headcount, current mail platform and any compliance needs. We come back with an edition recommendation, a migration plan and a quote tailored to your team — usually within a working day.

Day 1
2

Provision and migrate

We create the tenant, verify your domains, publish DNS and authentication records, then migrate a pilot group. Once that is clean, everyone else moves in waves outside working hours.

Days 2–10
3

Handover and ongoing support

Your admins get a walkthrough and written runbook, your staff a short onboarding session, and your account manager takes over day-to-day support with 24/7 cover and a direct path into Google.

Go-live and beyond
Security & deliverability

Mail that arrives. Data that stays put.

Two things ruin a mail platform: messages landing in spam, and accounts landing in the wrong hands. We configure against both before go-live, then keep watching.

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every sending domain

Published, validated and kept within DNS lookup limits — including the subdomains your CRM and invoicing tools send from.

  • Two-factor authentication enforced

Security keys or verified prompts rolled out by organisational unit, with enrolment tracking so nobody stays exempt.

  • Data loss prevention rules

Rules that stop card numbers, national IDs and confidential documents leaving by mail or shared link.

  • Admin controls and audit trails

Least-privilege admin roles, alert centre routing, retained login and Drive audit logs, plus a documented offboarding procedure.

Pre-launch domain check

SPF — single record, 7 lookups Pass
DKIM — 2048-bit key signing Pass
DMARC — policy at enforcement Pass
MX — pointed at Google mail servers Pass
MTA-STS — enforced TLS transport Pass
2FA enrolment across all units Complete

Illustrative report. Every deployment ships with a written pre-launch check like this, re-run at go-live and reviewed quarterly.

Customer stories

What teams say after cutover

The compliment we hear most is that nobody noticed the migration. That is the whole objective.

We moved 184 mailboxes off Microsoft 365 on a Friday night and the warehouse team logged in Monday without a single ticket. Grid Ridge rehearsed the whole thing on a pilot group first, which is why it went that smoothly.
Daniel MwangiHead of IT, Northvale Logistics
Our invoices were landing in spam for months and nobody could tell us why. Grid Ridge rebuilt our SPF record, enabled DKIM properly and walked DMARC up to enforcement. Collections stopped being a guessing game.
Sofia FerranteFinance Director, Bramble & Co
One account manager who already knows our setup is worth more than any portal. We message Priya, we get a real answer, and when it needed Google's attention she raised the case herself.

Questions we get before every migration

Still unsure? Send us a note and a real engineer answers — not a form response.

Request a quote

It depends on your seat count, the editions you choose and how long you commit for. Request a quote and we'll share pricing tailored to your team size — with migration and onboarding included at no separate charge.

No. We sync mail, calendars and contacts into the new tenant while the old system stays fully live, so users keep working throughout. The only real change is the MX cutover, scheduled outside business hours and followed by a delta sync to catch anything that arrived mid-switch.

Historical mail comes across too — folder structure, read status and attachments intact.

Yes, and it is genuinely a five-minute job. You generate a transfer token in your admin console and share it with us; we attach your existing subscription to our reseller account. Data, domains, users, groups and settings are untouched — only who supports and invoices you changes.

Most teams use the transfer as a moment to have us audit the tenant for security gaps and deliverability issues.

Not to us. The tenant belongs to your organisation, your domains stay registered to you, and you keep super-admin access at all times. If you ever want to move to direct billing or another partner, you transfer out the same way you transferred in. We would rather earn the renewal than trap it.

It is standard on every deployment, not an add-on. We inventory everything that sends on your behalf — Workspace, CRM, billing, marketing tools — then publish one valid SPF record, enable DKIM signing per domain and move DMARC to enforcement once the reports are clean.

We then watch aggregate DMARC reports and flag any new sender that appears without authorisation.

You get a named account manager plus a 24/7 engineering rota by email and phone. Routine requests — starters, leavers, aliases, group changes, storage bumps — are usually done same day. Anything needing Google's own engineering is escalated under our partner agreement, and we keep you posted rather than leaving you to chase a case number.
